1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hot567", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website accessible at https://hot567.cam and all associated sub-domains and mobile applications.
• "Platform" means the hot567 website, software, games, betting markets, and all related services offered to registered players.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account opened following successful registration and KYC verification on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) balance held in a Player's Account, including both real-money deposits and eligible bonus credits.

2Eligibility

By registering an Account on the hot567 Platform, you confirm and warrant that:

hot567 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by hot567, you must create a single, individual Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile telephone number, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold only one Account. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all Funds, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. hot567 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hot567 support immediately.

hot567 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

4KYC Verification

In order to process any withdrawal request and to comply with our internal anti-money-laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention obligations, hot567 requires all Players to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You will be required to submit clear copies of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, SIM, or passport);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• In certain cases, source-of-funds documentation, such as a recent bank statement from your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account.

hot567 will review submitted documents within a reasonable timeframe, which may vary depending on verification volume. You must ensure that all documents submitted are authentic, legible, and unaltered. Submission of false or fraudulent documentation is a criminal offence and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all Funds, and referral to the relevant authorities.

Until KYC verification is complete, hot567 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal request. Deposit and gameplay may continue in certain circumstances at hot567's discretion, but withdrawal of any amounts will not be permitted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. hot567 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. All deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time, subject to your bank's processing schedule.

hot567 does not accept deposits made by third parties. The name on the bank account used for deposits must match the name registered on your hot567 Account. Deposits made from a mismatched bank account may be reversed and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified bank account of the Player. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: typically processed within 1–24 hours on Indonesian business days;
• CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP: typically processed within 1–24 hours on Indonesian business days;
• Bank Danamon, BSI: processed within 24 hours on Indonesian business days.

All Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Withdrawals requested on Funds that have not met the relevant Wagering Requirement will be declined and the Bonus Funds may be forfeited.

6Bonuses & Promotions

hot567 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Free Spins, Cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and major football tournaments including BRI Liga 1, the EPL, and FIFA World Cup qualifier fixtures.

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. The following general bonus conditions apply unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once, unle ss the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal is permitted;
• Wagering Requirements apply to the Bonus amount only, unless stated otherwise;

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including, but not limited to, opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to complete Wagering Requirements, or providing false information — will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may lead to permanent Account closure.

hot567 reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus Funds credited in error, regardless of whether those funds have already been used in gameplay. If such funds have been withdrawn prior to reclaim, the equivalent amount may be deducted from your Account balance or recovered through legal means where applicable.

7Game Rules & Betting

The hot567 Platform offers a broad portfolio of gaming and betting products, including live casino games (powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live), slots (including titles from NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft), sports betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, as well as togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (the local football bookmaker format), and esports betting on Mobile Legends MPL and Free Fire.

A voided bet will result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account. hot567 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such technical events.

For sports betting, all odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. hot567 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any betting market, limit maximum stake amounts, or decline any bet at its sole discretion. Bets accepted in error — for example, at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error — may be voided and the original stake returned to the Player's Account.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to that bet type, including minimum and maximum selection counts, minimum odds per selection, and the treatment of voided selections within an accumulator. 8Responsible Gaming

Players may at any time set the following limits on their Account:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and automatic session termination after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary, irrevocable exclusion from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider-information betting;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical glitches in the Platform for financial gain;
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any other criminal or fraudulent purpose;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after withdrawals or gameplay have taken place;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing hot567 staff or other players;
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without their authorisation;
• Using the Platform in any manner that contravenes applicable Indonesian law or international law.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the hot567 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, interface designs, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hot567 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. hot567's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hot567 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hot567 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12Privacy & Data

hot567 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised marketing communications (where you have not opted out).

All personal data held by hot567 is stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption protocols. hot567 will never sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the operation of the Platform.

13Amendments

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Funds subject to these Terms.

14Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
